Shipping Policy – MaruSoul

1. Shipping Coverage

MaruSoul currently delivers products across India through reputed third-party courier and logistics partners including:

* Delhivery
* Blue Dart
* DTDC
* XpressBees
* Ecom Express
* Other trusted logistics providers where applicable

Shipping availability may vary depending on the serviceability of the delivery location.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are determined by MaruSoul based on:

* Order value
* Product weight
* Delivery location
* Ongoing promotional offers

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

Delivery charges are separate from product pricing unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Orders are not usually processed on:

* Public holidays
* Festival holidays
* Unexpected operational closure days

In certain situations such as high order volume, operational delays, or product availability issues, dispatch timelines may vary.

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are approximately 7–8 business days across India.

* Unforeseen logistical delays

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

5. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, customers may receive shipping confirmation and tracking details through:

* Or other communication channels where applicable

6. Delayed Deliveries

While MaruSoul strives to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

MaruSoul shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order.

MaruSoul shall not be responsible for:

* Delays caused due to incorrect address details
* Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
* Loss arising from incorrect contact information provided by the customer

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-attempted deliveries or returned shipments.

8. Damaged Package During Delivery

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to:

* Record proper unboxing video proof
* Take clear photos immediately
* Contact MaruSoul within 48 hours of delivery

Claims raised without proper proof may not be eligible for review.

9. Taxes & Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

There are no hidden charges at checkout apart from applicable shipping fees displayed during order placement.

10. Payments

All payments made on MaruSoul are securely processed through  Razorpay.

MaruSoul does not store sensitive payment details such as debit card, credit card, UPI, or banking credentials.
